What is It?

It is an anointed group of Christian Women who are qualified to provide, spirit-led advice based on godly wisdom, experience, training, and biblical principles taken from God's Holy Word.  This dialogue will take place in a confidential setting, sister-to-sister sharing.   God has given us the Ministry of Reconciliation. You will be provided a forum to discuss issues, concerns, and questions related to women, family, ministry and more.  You will be provided with special presentations by experts, fellowship, group counseling, a time of prayer and praise, and refreshments.  You will be encouraged, and refreshed by the presence of God's Spirit.

Mission:

To create a spiritually nurturing and healing environment, especially for women in the Five-Fold Ministry calling as listed in Ephesians 4:11. (Apostles, Prophets, Evangelist, Pastors and Teachers).  This would also include, Elders, Overseers, and Bishops, as well as it relates to the work of the Ministry.

Purpose:

  • To realize that we need each other

  • To recognize that we are One Body in Christ

  • To promote unity in the Ministry among both males and females

  • To foster understanding, acceptance and encouragement

  • To serve as mentors and/or be mentored as needed

Goal:

  • To establish a Ministerial Council comprised of women in the ministry who are qualified to give wise, godly advice based on Biblical Principles, Education, Training, Experience, and the leading of the Holy Ghost.

  • To provide a Forum for issues, concerns, questions and problems related to women, family, preaching, church and society.

  • To encourage women in the Ministry to embrace and actively participate in the ministry of reconciliation.

  • To strengthen one another in the work that God has called us to by way of affirmation, education and training.

  • To build stronger relationships of love, trust and unity among sisters in the household of faith; Sister Pastor-to-Sister Pastor; Sister Preacher-to-Sister Preacher; Sister Teacher-to-Sister Teacher.

  • To Glorify the Lord as we seek to serve one another and this present age, our calling to fulfill.
